James also did something that hasn't happened on my previous purchases and went through all the technology on my truck. Even though my previous truck wasn't that old the technology changes over the last few years is tremendous and he spent the time to demonstrate, discuss and review everything on those screens and how to navigate the system. I also spent some time touring Johnstown and its great history so new truck, great sales experience and see a town with many things to offer (don't miss the Marvel Mural in downtown or the worlds steepest funicular).
