Thomas KIA of Highland

I have been looking to get a new Kia for awhile. I was stuck between the 27 Telluride and the 26 Sorento. I ended up calling and visiting several dealerships in the area and was met with crazy markups (for the 27 Telluride), and rude salesmen. When I finally set on the 26 Sorento, Thomas Kia was one of the only dealerships in my “area” who had exactly the color (interior/ exterior) and trim I wanted. We drove 50 minutes one way to visit them. We were met by Carlos, our salesman, who apparently is relatively new at Thomas Kia, but he was wonderful. He was kind, patient, not pushy, and was the pricing was very up front on what you’re paying for and why. I fully expected to see “xylon paint packages” “anti theft system” “premium tire air” “blinker fluid” on the pricing sheet, and there was none of that, just the MSRP, fees ect (the things you expect to see), which was refreshing. We actually had to leave that night because we had dinner reservations, but the following morning, Carlos was very communitive over the phone about further negotiations, so we went in that night to (hopefully) seal the deal. It was a Saturday at this point, so it was relatively busy- which we expected for a Saturday afternoon. But Carlos, and even the manager, still took time to answer our questions and negotiate to a price we were happy with. The whole process wasn’t a fast one, which car buying rarely is, but, Carlos, Joel (in finance), and the Thomas Kia team really made it as ‘painless’, as possible. I’ve gotten a lot of compliments on my new car and I tell every one of them where I got it and I recommend T.K to them, especially after being treated so poorly by 3-4 other Kia dealerships in the area.

We had an excellent experience at Thomas Kia of Highland from start to finish. Mike was calm, patient, and extremely knowledgeable, never pushy, just focused on making sure everything was clear and comfortable. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and very transparent. Despite brutal weather, the car we wanted was pulled inside and ready to go. We were able to test drive right away, and the vehicle was fully detailed and filled up with no questions asked. The financing team was excellent as well, quick, straightforward, and easy to work with, making the final steps painless. What really stood out was how respectful everyone was of our time. Mike coordinated everything between management and financing, handled the conversations on our behalf, and kept the process moving without unnecessary back-and-forth. It felt organized, calm, and professional throughout. We did our homework and knew exactly what we wanted going in, and Thomas Kia of Highland delivered where it matters most honesty, efficiency, and a great overall experience. Highly recommend.

I would highly highly recommend Thomas Kia in Highland Indiana. New personnel are very friendly knowledgeable. Do not fill you with lies or not pushy.. Can we receive a good deal from good people and a clean place try going to Thomas Kia of Highland Indiana I recommend Angie who was my sales person. She is like Family very friendly very helpful and ready to help you get through the complete process without any hassles.

Professional staff, clean facility. Very friendly. Answered all my questions and concerns I would definitely refer family and friends to purchase from your location. Definitely worth the drive from Chicago Ridge ,IL. Mohamed took his time to show me several vehicles He was very patient, answered all my questions and concerns. The financial department(i forget her name) was Amazing also. I would definitely recommend this facility.

We visited multiple dealerships comparing minivans and SUVs, and Janelle was by far the most helpful salesperson we encountered. She answered all of our questions (over multiple visits) and gave us all the information we needed to choose the best new vehicle for our family.
