Thomas Motors/ Thomas Honda

I bought a small 4hp outboard from them on Friday, but when I went to start it Sunday morning it absolutely would not fire at all. I took it back and was there when they opened this morning; I was expecting a struggle and a hassle (because that seems to be the way world works now); at best a lengthy delay in getting warranty work done. Not at Thomas Motors. They couldn’t have been more accommodating. Long story short. - it was a minor factory defect in the carb which they fixed on the spot and adjusted the idle/throttle so it purrs like kitten. An hour and a half later I was out the door and back on my way with a perfectly serviceable motor. Factory mistake s happen, they’re rare but they happen. What really makes the difference is how they are dealt with and I can say that Thomas Motors still Lk knows the meaning of quality service. 5 stars.

The help we received on Saturday was really appreciated. A rock had smashed our sunroof and despite the service dept being closed, they did an excellent job of taping it up so we could continue on our journey. Friendly and made us feel like we weren’t an imposition at all. Amazing people.

Thomas motors trying to force me into a financing deal. Refused to do so. Tried to force me to close a transaction. Couldn't. Now trying to keep $1000 of my deposit when no written terms agreed to nor timeline. Women customers beware

they send my loan application 3 different financial which brought my credit score low also They lied to the bank so that I would be approved. Don t go there if your credit is good. very disappointed( location Edmonton)
