Thomasville Lincoln

I went in to purchase to 2026 Lincoln Nautilus. I was hesitant and should’ve followed my first mind and walked away and never turned back! I went to this dealership on a Saturday and felt overwhelmed and tacked by the sales person! I told them on Saturday that I would be back on Wednesday and that I could complete all paperwork then. I was talked into putting nearly 8,000 down! When I in fact did not need to! The finance lady sat on my phone for nearly 2 hours!!! And not one did she explain to me that my deal was FINALIZED! The sales person had called and stated that he would be sending over some paperwork to get the process started so that on Wednesday when I came in things would move faster! Well that was NOT the case, Bo actually had me signing my finalized contract! And I did not find out my this dealership that’s what had taken place! Even though as I stated Amy, finance lady and the general manager, Mike, the finance guy, Brandon nor did the sales person Bo tell me this! After calls after call and text after text! I found out when I attempted to go to Tifton to look at another vehicle! And he stated I had just purchased a car on Monday! I was then directed to ask for a flat cancellation and then I was even attitude and ignored! I STILL DO NOT HAVE POSSESSION OF THE VEHICLE AS OF FRIDAY AND I STILL HAVE HEARD NOTHING! Oh yeah let me not forget the fact that Bo tells my mom he can’t speak to her about lowering the amount of money that has to be put down, but Mike the general manager spoke with my mom and sent her over my credit application and all other paperwork without my permission! I am 29 I never gave them authorization to speak to her and definitely didn’t tell them to spend anything via email to her! Now I’m stuck trying to fight the fact I no longer want to business with them and I want to take my approval else where! RUN DON’T WALK AWAY! This place is a scammer’s paradise!

Worst Lincoln dealership ever. John Smith, the sales manager, is super rude. I understand this is a small town dealership, but you're still in the customer service industry. We will be buying our new Lincoln from a different dealership. Lost a customer for sure.

Absolutely love my new 2025 Lincoln Nautilus. Highly recommend asking for Sam Jennings! He definitely cultivates the qualities of an honest individual and overall above-board professional. Thomasville Lincoln went out of their way to make me feel safe .. and comfortable.. while on extended road trips. Highly recommend purchasing your next vehicle from Thomasville Lincoln, and when you talk with Sam, tell him I said hello and that I had recommend him to you! I promise, you will definitely drive home happy!

My wife and I are so pleased with the service he provided. We broke all the rules by the experts you see on YouTube, yet we managed to get a great car at a fair price. We are out of state buyers, which we were advised against doing. However, Thomasville Ford gained our trust with stellar service, and they kept their word every step of the way. They even delivered my car to my front door!! I will certainly recommend them to anyone needing a new vehicle.

Went with my cousin to drop off his new Lincoln Navigator for a recall. Sales person promised he would arrange for a rental. We waited almost 45 mins, no rental available and the salesperson was not in. Later that day they called to offer a rental for a small little car.
