This is our second vehicle purchased through Raul, and there is a reason we keep coming back to him. What made this purchase even more memorable was that this wasn’t a vehicle sitting on the lot—it was custom built exactly the way I wanted it. Raul guided us through the entire process and kept us informed every step of the way. The highlight was delivery day. My husband wanted to surprise me, and Raul helped make it happen. When I arrived at the dealership, my new X7 was waiting for me with a huge red bow and balloons. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made picking up the vehicle feel like a true celebration. Raul is professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. Great cars, great people to deal with who patiently explained the car functions which are so technology advanced! My sales guy Raul was a perfect gentleman and completely honest! Got a great price on my trade in and a awesome discount from my wife being a military veteran! The price for my new 2026 BMW X3 was overall outstanding! I didn't finance and paid cash for my car and was very satisfied! The finance manager Ali, didn't pressure me to buy anything extra but explained thoroughly the extended warranties and etc. I would recommend anybody buying a brand new BMW, to include the "tire & rim" warranty! Listen these are premium luxury cars and the tires and rims are very expensive. With all the pot holes and God knows what's in the road you have to get this warranty because the tires alone can go for $500 to $600 each if you have to get a new one because of a blowout or nail or whatever! If you get this warranty it will give you a piece of mind, because if you hypothetically run over something that ruins your tire or rims it will never cost you a dime , even if it happens a dozen times a year it's free, so it's well worth it in my opinion! If you buy a brand new car there, they will introduce you to Eric who they call the Genius lol! Take it from me, he is a genius and he is well worth the money they are paying him, because these cars are like "airplanes" and the instrument display screens are huge and Eric will have you mastering it within 30 mins! Thompson gets a 10 out of 10 from me absolutely! I just retired after working at one place for 40 years, so this car that I bought is my retirement gift to myself!
