really do not want to give even 1 star to this team. Today my experience was very, very bad. I bought a vehicle of about $36,000. After the deal, they treated me like a homeless person who trespassed in a private property. My sales person was Kendra, her way of communication was good, but her manager was very rude and aggressive to me. They never told me before buying the vehicle that it doesn't have a second key, when I bought the vehicle and Kendra gave the key to me, I asked her can I get my second key also. She said used cars usually don't come with the second key, but I can check for you. She kept saying this for 2- 3 days. When I went there to check back, she said the same thing. And she went somewhere to check and came with the invoice of $555 for getting another key. I said usually everyone get two keys, but I never get even a single detail about another key that where it is now, who have it, if someone stole my car with that key. She got the manager, he said you will have to pay this for another key if you want or we can cancel the deal. He never checked with me that what happened, how can I help you. It was not a donation ford did to me, I bought it. I deserved better service. I got my vehicle registered, and insured, now they are saying cancel the deal. I felt very insulted because there were many other employees came, and surround me to see the show of insulting someone. Ford need to hire better managers. I will never go with ford ever again I will highly recommend everyone to not to go here, they know only thing, insulting their customers of thousands of dollars.

Recently, we took our 2022 Ford Bronco to Thompson Ford for servicing and I have to say this was among the best servicing experiences I have ever received. Not only was the work done quickly, but more importantly the service manager Kayla ensured that we received exceptional customer care following a minor discrepancy. Kayla displayed professionalism, compassion, and responsibility beyond what I would have expected. I am definitely going to be sharing this positive experience with others so that Thompson Ford continues to have the opportunity to satisfy other customers. Thank you Kayla!

At Thompson Ford we were treated extremely well and were given a great price on our new 2023 F150 including a couple accessories that we requested. We also were given a very fair trade in value for our 2020 F150 as a trade in. Which we purchased there also. Our sales rep was very helpful and patient throughout the transaction. Never trying to be pushy or forcing extra options on us. I would definitely refer other customers to Thompson Ford. A great Ford team!!

I purchased a 2017 Ford Edge 1 week ago. This was the most positive experience I have had when dealing with a vehicle dealership. Art was my Sales Representative who worked with me over the phone and found the vehicle that met my needs and budget. In the matter of three days the vehicle was here in Thompson ready for me. Never once did I feel pressured into purchasing. The communication over the phone was always positive, he kept me informed every step of the way as he searched for the vehicle I wanted. The other staff members who came to greet me on Saturday when I picked up my vehicle were awesome. (Joe, Buddy, Kevin, and Paul). Everyone was pleasant and contributed to my positive experience. Any of you Thompson citizens looking for a vehicle, I highly recommend Thompson Ford! You won't be disappointed.. As for the Edge, great decision for me. I love it!

Customer service has improved a lot! I do like the text message that I get the day before to remind me of my car appointment. However, the response time with the courtesy ride ride was a little off this time around. I waited half an hour, before I had to call my dad to pick me up. I think they need to pay closer attention to that and take notice when the customer has been waiting too long. Other then that, the service is always good.
