I bought my first car in my name at Thompson Toyota two weeks ago and my experience was fantastic! Brian Newton was my salesman and he was the absolute best. His excellent customer service and line of communication - from the test drive in person to handling paperwork remotely - made me feel completely at ease buying my first car. Finance Manager Nick, Sales Manager Julian, and GM Julius were also very professional, respectful, and made the car buying process much more smooth. Nick in particular went above and beyond by helping me get a great deal on an extended warranty. My family have bought a Toyota Camry here a while back as well as a Lexus ES 350 next door, so going in I was very familiar with Thompson dealerships and confident that i would be in great hands.
