Thompsons Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

I had a really great experience with Thompsons Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. This is the 3rd vehicle I have purchased from Thompsons and just like the previous two times, it was quick and painless. I traded in my Cadillac Escalade and got into a 2024 Ram 2500 Cummins Diesel. Jason Leonard was my sales guy and he did a great job. He not a pushy car salesman. He’s has a very helpful and laid back personality. By the end of my experience, it felt like I just bought my Ram 2500 from a friend. I don’t expect to be buying another vehicle any time soon but if I was Thompsons is where I’d purchase it from.

I had a Great experience. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Not pushy at all, and very thorough on explanation’s. We were there a total of 4ish hours from test drive to sold. Loved their snack room! Ha Highly recommend going through them for your next purchase!

I had a great experience working with Jeff in the service department. He went above and beyond to help me with an AC recharge on my vehicle and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Jeff was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. It’s hard to find customer service like this these days, and his attention to detail and willingness to help did not go unnoticed. Thanks to Jeff, my AC is working great again. I highly recommend asking for Jeff if you need service done!

Jeff was great! Took care of making sure my extended warranty covered the repair. It did. 😎 Then made sure they had all the parts on hand before I dropped off my Jeep to make sure it was an in and out experience. It was! 🤩 Fantastic work by all the staff. Top Notch

Matt was really great to work with start to finish. We felt more like family and friends through the whole buying experience rather than the typical car vulture waiting on their pray vibe. Honestly, everyone there was down to earth, professional, kind, and most important not pushy at all. I honestly don't want to buy from any other dealers again after my experience at Thompsons. Our daughter had plenty of toys and books to keep her busy. Snacks and drinks were generously provided as well. My husband and I loved the coffee machine. Most important was the value of what we got for the price we paid and the ease of the negotiation and finance process. I've never been in and out that fast before. If I could give 10 stars I would! We love what we got and couldn't be happier 100%
