Man, I was extremely impressed by the amazing talent that resides in this GMC dealership, I called like 9 other places and none of them had any comparison to the customer service, and the over and beyond effort getting me into my dream truck. Have purchased vehicles from Thompsons before. The entire staff is very easy to work with and treats you like family. Jesse is one of the sales managers very helpful and friendly! Jonny was my sales representative and was there for me from beginning until after the sale helping me learn the nuances of the amazing truck I purchased. Have to mention Aaron one of the finance managers, he was extremely knowledgeable, respectful and helped me understand the paperwork, timeline and transaction. All in all this was a great experience. Everyone at Thompsons GMC was absolutely amazing! They parked the car I was interested in close to the building before arrival so that it was there and ready for me to test drive. Carly was absolutely amazing and sweet when I called, and put me in touch with Sean who had the car ready for me to test drive. The process with Sean was quick (which I truly appreciated) and he worked with my budget and vehicle needs. Once I chose the car I wanted to purchase, I was then sent to Kyle in finance to run numbers with me and ensure that I was within my budget for the vehicle I chose to purchase. The signing process was quick and painless.
