Thomson Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM FIAT

Id give ZERO if it were an option. 3 of 3 experiences have been Horrible! If there had been any other local option I would never have gone here, but this is the only place in the CSRA that will service a FIAT jeep. Tried to talk to the owner to notify of the situation and let him know that the service was bad yet again. Instead of engaging he states and I quote "Why do you want something for free, stop being weird, why are you being weird" He got some kind remarks and I left. That all comes after a 6hr repair that I supplied the parts for took almost three weeks and my car sat repaired and had been finished for a week.I had to contact them to find out it. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE ZERO CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP SKILLS. The technician is the only one that gets credit for doing the work.

Went u to potentially buy a car, I was outside for more than 15 mins in the hot Georgia heat.. ( that's not the issue) as I'm walking around I'm taking pictures for what I may potentially want to test drive. Finally after a couple minutes, a gentleman ride up on the golf cart and ask has anyone helped me.. so l show him the car that I would like to test drive, he said it's no problem. He goes back in and maybe 10 minutes pass by, RED FLAG 🚩 he comes back with a generator looking thing.... I ask what's that he said oh I have to jump the battery off. Ok... 🤔finally after about another 10 mins has passed we get in the jeep, I start to take off, RED FLAG 🚩 🚩as were driving I notice the engine light is on, l asked him about it his response was "oh newer cars do that when they have battery issues" now correct me if I'm wrong... shouldn't the battery light be on instead of the check engine? RED FLAG 🚩🚩🚩After I drive about a quarter mile a message comes on the dash that said stop now, engine is overheating. We stop and literally had to wait on someone to come and pick us up. I say all this to say, instead of trying to make a quick sale, please make sure your products are worth buying. Below is the only pictures i took, wish i could upload the videos

Took my daughter's car here for service. We are new to town and this is the only Fiat dealer/servicer nearby. It was worth the 30m drive. The service team was amazing. Not just to me but to everyone. I forgot I was supposed to leave the car and failed to get a ride back home, so I waited. I watched their handling of numerous customers during that time. They went above and beyond with every customer. Courteous, thoughtful and respectful with each and every customer. Top notch group!

This place went down hill in service in our opinion after we bought our truck. But since Brain and his team have been here, things have changed for the good. Give Dodge in Thomson another chance, you'll be treated with respect, care, heartfelt for your concerns. They are trying to fix prior mistakes from the crew before Brains crew took over. They fixed the recall on our truck, give us updates, we'll go back. Give them a chance to help ya.

When I tell you this dealership was beyond amazing—from the moment we pulled in until the moment we left, I mean it! I had a horrible experience back home in Columbia with pushy salesmen that left me completely stressed out. But everything changed when we got here. My husband already had an appointment in Georgia and encouraged me to just come take a look. As soon as we arrived, they had exactly what I was looking for. No hesitation, no pressure—just genuine, helpful service. They even had both vehicles waiting for us with “His” and “Hers” tags on them. It was such a thoughtful touch! There was absolutely no hassle and none of those crazy hidden fees. This dealership truly made the car-buying experience enjoyable and stress-free.
