We had an amazing experience with Jim Zenetos when we were looking for a new-to-us car. Right from the moment we arrived in the dealership, we were greeted right away. We had a particular car in mind but it had been sold earlier. Jim gave us advice and other options. He followed up with us right away and sent us suggestions when new inventory arrived. We never felt pressured, just.tgat he wanted to find us the right car. In the end, we ended up purchasing another totally different car elsewhere but I almost wished we could have found the right car there, to give Jim the business. If you know that you want a Ford, definitely ask for Jim. He congratulated us on our purchase when we told him we had bought elsewhere and was a pleasure to deal with. It is hard to find someone that you trust so we recommend Jim.

Bought a vehicle back in August, received the car dirty and there Cobb webs around the car. The license plate wasn’t even mounted properly…. If it was cause I had zip ties in my friend’s car I would have lost my license plate. Brought up the issue to Matthew A, his response was not only unprofessional but he did not care” we don’t have the right screws you know how the Germans are brother” what does the car being German have to with being able to mount a license plate properly….. was also told I was going to receive the a gas gift card in September/October….. we are in February almost march of the following year….. tried reaching to the dealership and didn’t get a response …..

I took my 2017 Ford Explorer to Thorncrest Ford for an oil change, brake fluid replacement, and to address some concerns about my front lower control arms. I was greeted with a warm welcome from Service Advisor Anthony Ros, who was genuinely friendly and listened patiently to everything I had to say. Anthony arranged a free Uber ride home, which was a great touch. A couple of hours later, he called to let me know the vehicle was ready for pickup and organized another complimentary Uber back to the dealership. When I arrived, he walked me through the inspection report in detail , clear, transparent, and easy to understand. His professionalism and customer‑first attitude really stood out. This was honestly my first truly great service experience with any Ford dealership in the GTA. Smooth, stress‑free, and handled with care from start to finish.
