Went in, knew what I wanted and had it the same day (I did prepare all my paper work to make sure I have everything i need) Very happy with my purchase so far and I did like how the sales person went thru step by step on what the suv does and all its benefits of what I am getting. This review is for the service and parts team. They are amazing. I trust them. They took my car and dealt with it quickly, there was no test drive. And they will only test drive it if something is wrong and it has to be test driven. Was cheap to have my skid plates cleaned and thought it would be expensive. 27 bucks. I believe they do prices based differently from other shops, by not rounding up shop hour times, it saves the consumer loads on smaller work. Thanks thornhill Subaru parts and service team!!!

My experience with the sales team was not great. However, I was not purchasing the vehicle. My parents were. I was simply the middleman. Disagreements were reviewed, an amicable understanding was reached. Reminders: Take notes. Take down names. Repeat back conversation(s) to confirm both parties are in agreement and on the same page. Especially important if you are communicating mainly by phone or traveling from out of town. If it sounds too good to be true, phone 'em back and check!

Walked in and ordered my car as I wanted. Came on time. The issue is, I ordered the diamond kote ceramic paint protection $2100. My car was completely swirl marked after a few months of washes and holds mud and water. Looks clear but with 10 years of swirl. Even a Walmart grocery bag left a scuff on the front fender. Complete waste of money. I could’ve had the car buffed 4 times for the cost. I’m not even confident that it was applied. Moved to AB and going to take it in for warranty.
