I had an excellent experience with Andy and Thornhill Toyota. They had the best price with the options I was looking for with NO dealer ad on a. Straight shooter dealership. I drove 3 1/2 hours from Columbus Ohio to find the right vehicle Andy made it very easy from the initial call and updating me every step of the way while my Van was being built.This was the most hassle free buying experience I have had when purchasing a Vehicle. First off, if you need a professional and non pushy salesperson Andy from Thornhill is your guy! He was excellent in answering every question we had, ranging from price, deposit and delivery! Very articulate and thorough. Andy was one half of the best car experience we’ve ever had…this dealer is miles above any other. Trust me, i checked price and visited dealers from Knoxville to Chapmanville and all in between. Nobody beat their price! Professional and polite, never had a wonderful experience till now. Finance guy war wonderful, and helpful. Hands down the absolute best car buying experience I’ve had! Thornhill gained a new loyal customer! Thanks guys!

Drove 3 and 1/2 hours from Berea KENTUCKY for an awesome deal on a new Crown with less than 2000 miles. Andy Janssen got us in and out quickly. I think the whole process may have took 2 hours at tops He worked out a fair deal for our trade-in and all the numbers were exactly as advertised. The finance manager worked to get us a better rate than what I thought I was going to be able to get which is even an added bonus. When I declined to go with the extra warranties it was no problem whatsoever know him hauling around no hard sales tactics. Just thank you for listening and moved right on. I commended them for this. If you need a reputable and honest dealership, this is an awesome one to go to. We have a Toyota dealership just 10 minutes away. But when they found out that they didn't have the color my wife wanted and they knew they weren't going to make the sale that day. They blew us off... Too bad for them because we were serious buyers as Andy knows. By the way, I come in looking like I just rolled out of the hills of Kentucky with stand-up pants and stained up shirts and wild hairdo. But these people treated me no different and kept the utmost respect through the entire process. We will continue to look back to Andy Janssen when we need Toyota

Excellent customer service. No hidden fees. I drove 2 hours to do business with Thornhill Toyota. I even passed 7 Toyota dealerships on the way to Thornhill Toyota. The best price by far. I bought a 2026 4Runner and saved $5,000 going to Thornhill Toyota. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a Toyota to visit Thornhill.

absolute trash of a dealer, worst people i have ever dealt with, does not want to help anyone at all unless it’s a money grab for them, bought a car a little over a month ago and discovered the sunroof was not working on the way home (day of purchase) after already purchasing the car, we fortunately had gotten it closed that night and waited a few more weeks to try again due to expecting snow when we tried again we could not get it closed, we took the car back to the dealership hoping for help due to the car being under warranty, they told us there was nothing they could do unless we paid $9,000 to get the roof fixed or sign a waiver stating if they break anything that’s it’s on us, mind you they had sold us the car like this and to add to this awful mess we was waiting almost 5 hours just to get told it won’t close, while waiting we checked on the car in the garage and seen the SERVICE MANAGER watching A YOUTUBE TUTORIAL ON MY CAR!!!! what an absolute joke. we had gotten confirmation that it was the service manager when he got pulled to speak with us. when talking over the situation they the stated we had bought the car over 2 months ago and put over 7,000 miles on it, being the driver of the car i obviously know how long ago i purchased the car and how many miles i have put on the car, its not even close to even being 1,000 due to having it parked for the first 3 weeks after having snowstorms, we have all the papers with the mileage and the date of purchase, this has to be the same information they are looking at on their end so why are they creating nonsense, just overall unbelievable experience with the worst customer service imaginable, i’m sure if we noticed before buying the car they would’ve had it fixed real quick if it means we are giving them money to buy the car. straight up scammers and will never ever by a car from thornhills name again, if you buy a car from them CHECK EVERYTHING AND I MEAN EVERYTHING, all buttons, vents, windows etc. THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU!!!!!!! THORNHILL IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE!!
