I purchased a New Jeep Renegade from Thornton Brothers and had issues from the third day I owned it. After six months it completely stopped running. They initially claimed it got stuck by lightning and the warranty was voided by the manufacturer. Over a year later they looked it over once more and gave me paperwork stating that there is no evidence of external voltage such as lightning ever entering the vehicle. By this time the manufacturer was not able to reinstate the warranty. Thornton Brothers bought the Jeep we paid over $30,000 for off us for $10,000. We will never buy another Jeep, Chrysler, or Dodge.
