Thorson Buick GMC

I took my brand new 2025 truck to Thorson Motor Center for its first oil change, and I couldn’t be more disappointed. When I picked it up, there were smudge spots and greasy fingerprints all over the driver side fender, hood and inside the door. Completely unacceptable for a new vehicle or any vehicle. It looked worse leaving the service department than when I dropped it off. If this is how they handle a simple oil change, I’d hate to see how they treat larger repairs. I expected much more care and professionalism, especially from a dealership. I won’t be returning and definitely wouldn’t recommend Thorson Motor Center to anyone who values their vehicle’s condition. Also, included in my first service was the DEF to be filled, which was untouched. I tried contacting management multiple times but received nothing but a run around and nasty attitude. I eventually spoke with J. Derby and emailed her pictures of the truck. I still have yet to hear from them. Apparently, customer service is non existent after they sell you a vehicle.

The dealership was very upfront with everything and no pressure. The price out the door was given to me with no other unknown cost hidden. It was a very pleasant experience.
