They provided super quick service, the staff was great, and the service manager was a really nice guy who also gave us helpful recommendations for the drive. Service department representative pushed me off the phone when trying to book an appointment, and asked for details by email. I provided the requested details and received no response after two full business days. Negative enough impression to cancel my request and contact a different Mitsubishi dealer for my service needs.

Very Disappointing Customer Service I recently moved to Thunder Bay and expected the same level of service I used to get from Mitsubishi elsewhere, but this location has been extremely disappointing. I called on Tuesday to book an appointment for a block heater installation. I was told they didn’t have my information in their system, so I immediately emailed my ownership documents as requested. I waited for a quote and appointment confirmation, but received nothing. I followed up again on Thursday, explained everything all over again, and was finally given an appointment date for December 12 at 2:30 PM. They said I would receive a confirmation message shortly, but days have passed and it’s now Saturday—still no response. Very unorganized and unprofessional experience. Customers shouldn’t have to chase a dealership multiple times just to get a simple appointment. I hope they improve their communication and reliability.
