I highly recommend their service department! I had my car towed here a few months ago go when a check engine light indicated a potential serious issue. They communicated promptly and resolved the issue quickly. I have returned for a scheduled maintenance visit and again their communication was excellent. They really care about their customers!

Sadly, my experience with Thurston Honda's service department has been disappointing over the last 3 years... I called this morning regarding a part that was not in stock at the time needed for my repair, it has been a month since they diagnosed the problem and stated there weren't any fuel injector kits for a 2020 honda piolt. I called asking when I would be able to make an appointment for my repair, they stated the parts are still not in stock and he couldn't me an eta. I called Hansel Honda in Petaluma, right away they said they have the part?!?! And scheduled me an appointment in 2 days?!?! This isn't the only problem I have experienced, but this was the one that drew the line for me.

My service representative matty is very attentive and highly knowledgeable. He goes the extra mile to ensure I understand what is being done with my vehicle. I recommend him and Thurstan service department to everyone I know thank you again matty for everything you do your the best man in the business
