Tilbury Chrysler

I don't like to leave bad reviews, but the dealer's attitude left me no choice. They had a whole week to get my new Jeep Grand Cherokee L Limited 2024 ready. Wash, clean, check the technical condition. Nothing was done. I picked up the car after 6pm in the evening, but then I already told them that I saw a dirty interior. The next day, I discovered that the interior was just awful, with leftovers, apple cores, garbage, and sticky candy smeared in the side feeder. On my first trip to the Chatham, I found that the car was pulling to the right (as it later turned out that the car had a broken alignment), the rear brake pads were worn off and left traces of wear on the rotors. Also, the rear right wheel was pierced and repaired on the edge with a harness... I showed all this to the dealer, and they promised to fix it. I took the car to them...They washed it...Well, they kind of tried... All the dirt...apples, food, garbage are still there, brakes and tires (a sealed wheel that can burst under road load) in their opinion is quite normal ... I thought it was an official dealer, but it looks more like underground dealers ... They don't care about the customer, just to sell... I will complain further, because it is illegal to sell a car that does not meet safety standards. Last pic brake rotors, its track on it. No body provide information about safety, and conditions of tires & brakes. My advice to everyone who reads my review...avoid them and don't have anything to do with them. It's a pity that you can't put zero stars Update...they did wheel alignment...but everything same and worse, cars pulling to right side... definitely its worth and useless dealership ((( Update2. On 16 March I checked oil level...and try gess...its overfilled, on deepstick about half inch. How??? Unbelievable

I went in to find a smaller vehicle and I was helped right away! Taya and Danny were spectacular good humor always helping to find the best vehicle! They made me right at home!! They knew exactly what I wanted 2 vechicles in and I bought the 2nd one!! I would recommend my friends and family to go see Taya and Danny!! 2 great people! Thank you ! Taya and Danny!!!
