We came in knowing what we potentially wanted. Joey let us test drive quickly and no pressure. He was friendly and engaging. The actual purchase was slower than desired but not too bad. The real reason we gave Lally a chance was because of your collision shop. Our vehicle was totaled in hail storm and Lynn/Kimberly were very helpful and genuine. So we gave you a shot.

I just had the privilege of spending over $100 to waste over 2 HOURS for a simple oil change. Oil change and tire rotation. Literally a 15 minute job for a halfway decent tech. Drain oil, rotate tires as oil drains, change filter, plug pan and refill. Done. After 2 hours, with absolutely no one talking to me, I tell them it's been 2 hours and they claim they just got my paper work. 15 minutes AFTER that, they come get me. No apology, no explanation, nothing other than lets get you out of here. Appointment at 10:30am, invoice is stamped 10:12, showing I got there well before my appointment. Receipt is stamped 12:32. OVER 2 HOURS FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN TOP OFF THE WASHER FLUID!

Aka for Big Jeff !! Easiest, smoothest car buying experience. We drive over an hour to come to Tim Lally, because there’s no gimmicks, no dragging it out, no bs, always a great experience ! I give a budget, an ideas of what I’m looking for, and Big Jeff always gets it right where we need it!! I never knew being at a dealership and buying a car could actually be a pleasant experience !! As for Big Jeff, and the finance guy is always so great as well! All genuinely good people there!

Tim Lalley is the worst!!!! I bought a brand new Chevy truck from there and in less then a year check engine lights come on after an oil change by the same dealership!!! BUT TO MAKE THINGS WORST !!!! THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT WAS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! I MAKE A APPOINTMENT TO GET ISSUES RESOLVED WITH VEHICLE SHOW UP AT 12 AS PRESCRIBED WAIT A ENTIRE DAY FOR A DIAGNOSIS AND GET NOTHING!!! NOT A CALL, or TEXT JUST NOTHING!!! SO I PROCEED TO CALL THEM AND I GRT NO ANSWER SO I REPEATED CALLING TO GET NO ANSWER!!! So I go to service department and no service rep has a clue what is going on with the vehicle!!! SO DISAPPOINTED!!!! I say this honestly!!!! Do not I repeat!!!!DO NOT GO TO TIM LALLEY CHEVY FOR ANYTHING!!!!
