I met Tim about 5 years ago and I was told he was in the car business. I remember him telling me that once anyone bought a car from him they would never go anywhere else, as his customer service goes way beyond what you would ever get anyplace else. This has been proven to me time and time again since I bought my 1st car from him in April of 2023. I had sold my car and home and moved to California with family and after things didn't work out I headed back to Orlando 2.5 months later. Not only did Tim come pick me up at the hotel where I spent the night after getting in late from my flight, he hooked me up with a nice car that day. I have continued to bring my car into him for any maintenance needs since buying. But this last time when I had a problem with the steering shortly after an allignment, he personally drove to my home which is in Winter Park, to look at the car himself. The next morning he again made the drive over and personally drove my car back to his mechanic to fix the electric steering sensor, then delivered my car back to me 2.5 hours later. My family has been doing business with Tim for over 15 years now. I can count over 12 cars between, sister -in- law, mother and father and now first time teenage drivers. Buying through Tim Lavey was a breeze. the easiest car buying transaction I've ever had. The car I purchased was in excellent condition with no flaws at all. To say that buying a car from Tim is easy, would be a total understatement. His love of cars is apparent the moment you start talking to him.
