Tim Short Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Pikeville

5-star experience. I purchased this brand-new 2025 Jeep with 22 miles on it on Saturday, 3/28/2025. I picked the one I wanted and did almost everything online via the Tim Short website. When I got to the dealership, I just signed some paperwork and presented my insurance and driver's license. The process was very smooth, and I feel that I got a great deal. Kyle, my salesperson, was helpful and knowledgeable. The finance department was also helpful and got my payment where I needed it.

To make a long story short, don't buy a used truck from them without a warranty... I bought this truck and it went into limp mode then a huge hole was discovered in the frame.. they "made it right" by up-selling me on a nicer more expensive truck which I subsequently had to put over 500$+ in brakes on. Haven't had the truck 2 weeks yet and the check engine light is intermittent at this point and I'm pretty sure it's shifting hard/shuttering while at low speeds... And this is the short version....

I have purchased four vehicle from Tim short prior to this last one and never had a problem. Just purchased a 2017 ram from them sold as is , however I have had multiple problems with the vehicle right after the sale , starting issues , complete brake failure which was a major safety issues with my two teenage boys in the truck at the time , and major system not working (4wd), truck was sold to me at market value of a working functioning 4wd and it does not engage. Acts like it’s working in the truck but front wheel will not engage. I have contacted them several times and just keep getting told it’s as is and there is nothing they can do about it. I will attach some photos to show what the brakes looked like when I had to have them replaced within a few days after purchase and still stuck with a 2wd truck , because there unwilling to help. Also have video proof of 4wd also not engaging. Was told none of those problems were present when I left the lot , so the first time I tried 4wd after leaving the lot it doesn’t engage. I did try the 4wd at the lot also and by it engaging in the truck I thought it was functioning , however not true.
