To start off with, we drove 2 hours to purchase a vehicle. Spoke with salesman over Facebook where it was listed as well as text message and phone calls. We are deeply disappointed. More scratches on the vehicle than what was pictured even though he said it was well maintained and very clean. There is a giant dent on the passenger side hoodvthat you can only see if you are on the inside. I brought up that the tires are mismatched and the salesman assured that the tread was still good. Also said it was serviced but the vehicle says that it is not even at oil capacity and it needs regular maintenance performed. Knowing that we have a 2 hour drive and 120 mile drive back. There is also a Crack in the windshield that was not mentioned and it will not pass inspection in WV with a Crack. You have to be seated in the vehicle to see it. Now we are down another 800+ dollars for a windshield. My wife was so excited to receive it and was let down completely. We told him we were straight up honest and he said he was the same way. That was a lie. It is clear that this vehicle was not serviced or really touched before it was sold.

Awesome people helped me find the car I was searching for from another state. Let me practically be there by seeing the car from a ride-along video as well as up close pictures as I asked for them. Never pushy or trying to make me feel like I had to make a life or death decision like other dealerships. 💯 recommend talking to Jordy! Thank you!
