Tim Short Mitsubishi

I recently had a great experience at Tim Short Mitsubishi in Clarksville, Tennessee. My salesperson was Esther from Texas! She accompanied me through the dealership lot answering all my questions and taking notes to make sure my concerns were followed up on. We found an electric car and she hopped in and we went for a test drive. She was very casual, not pushy at all and she let me move at my own pace which I really appreciated. I had my 23 Mitsubishi Outlander detailed at Tim Short. I could not be happier with the detailing that was done. Yes, it cost, but well worth the price. The detailing team are awesome. Shout out to Rex, awesome job, and Carlos. Carlos made it very clear what I should expect afterwards. There was no crook or cranny that was not cleaned. I will definitely being taking my car back to them.

My husband corresponded with Jazmin prior to our drive to Clarksville. We were greeted by Joe , who ended up being our salesman. He thoroughly went over many of the details about the truck, and answered all of our questions. He was friendly, courteous, and very professional. Another salesman (I didn’t catch his name) had the Car Fax printed for us. The finance person (I believe his name was Nathan) was also very professional and thorough. I live in New Jersey and purchased a 2024 Nissan Frontier remotely. Amanda and Tyrese made the whole process easy and were very responsive. We did a video call where I could see every inch of the truck. They shared the carfax and their pre-sales inspection which included cleaning, oil change, replacing windshield, roatating tires, etc. Essentially, the truck was in immaculate condition and I purchased it a very good price, with a 5% interest rate through their financing. They made it available off hours for the transport company I hired to pick it up. I had it in my driveway within 3 days of the purchase. The truck is incredible. I couldn' be happier with it.
