I felt welcomed when I went to check on an available car. As my FIRST CAR I Loved the car bought it right away after a good test ride. Left home with my car just 10 miles out the check engine light was on! Surprised! Contacted the with assigned representative, he gave me some not so satisfactory reason. Went back to them few days later and he cleared the code for me and again after 50 miles got the check light back! Spoke again and decided to wait for further clarification where he mentioned that he will help me resolve the issue at no extra cost. Asked for an appointment later to get my issue fixed, got a reply saying he will provide me the date and confirmation. after waiting for another few more days representative said the mechanic doesn't work on any VW cars. Nothing against the representative but the customer service I got after sales was pathetic, unprofessional and lastly I would say if you cant keep your promises kindly don't make any! You might have sold a million cars but please be respectful and responsible enough to admit your mistake!

I’d give this place 10 stars if I could. Cody Harmon was a pleasure to work with. We drove from southwest Louisiana to deal with these people and I’d do 10 more times without hesitation. This is a no pressure dealership with great people.

This place goes above and beyond to get you the vehicle you want for the price you want and Adon Motes was super nice and helpful. They also loaded my daughter,friend and myself up with hats insulated drinking cups with straws plus filled in up and because I wanted to drive it to work the next day they are letting me bring it in Saturday morning to have the oil change and to have it detailed. They treated me like first class definitely go see Adon Motes he will treat you right!!! If I could leave more star I definitely would

I was very disappointed with my experience. Communication was extremely inconsistent, and it took far too long for anyone to get back to me, even after multiple attempts to follow up. At times it felt like no one was interested in actually selling the vehicle or helping move the process forward. Buying a car should be straightforward, and this experience was unnecessarily frustrating due to the lack of timely responses and clear communication. I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience.

I want to share this story because it is inspiring to me that we live in a world that still has Godly values and people that will serve another being with selfless acts of service! Today, mom and I went to Malvern to see Aaron Laxton 💜 we get to walco road and it is completely submerged under water the whole entire prison area looks like a lake and vehicles are stalled with water up over the top of car hoods. I thought about chancing it for a minute and then realized how bad and deep the water was! I immediately thought about Aaron being disappointed if we couldn’t make it and being the problem solver I am I went into orbit for a moment and mom said if it’s meant to be God will make a way! I decided to run to this dealership where I see all these amazing jacked up rigs and I decided to use my gift to gab, be honest and let the Holy Spirit work💜 when I opened the door a young man greeted me and I said sir, I’m a Christian lady and you are probably going to think I’m crazy for asking this but my brother is in prison here and that roadway is gone. I need to be able to see my brother and I am willing to pay you to get me across there so I can check in for visitation. I will leave you my jeep and pay you to come back and get us when it ends at 1:30. He said well, let me see what is going on here and I’ll be right back 💜 Y’all next thing I know this man, the wonderful person he is name Michael pulls up and hops out of this rig here—-he was smiling and then I see the gentleman I had just spoke to few minutes before… the man proceeds to tell me that Michael is his father in law and they are going to give me and mom a ride to the prison at 1130 and he will come back and pick us up at 130 when it’s over so that we can have our family day that we had been planning! He said we did not owe him anything and then his son in law drove me and mom across that craaazzzy flood water and it was an amazing act of service from this man and his dealership and his son in law! If you need a vehicle I would recommend that you go talk to these guys and go see them! I was but only a stranger in Malvern Arkansas this morning but met 2 of God’s amazing vessels and they are kind, but most of all you guys—they didn’t have to provide that kind of service to some crazy woman that wanted to see someone locked up!! He didn’t judge us —he asks why Aaron was locked up and I told him and he told us to enjoy our day and he was glad that we got to see our loved one! We get back and I thank this lovely man for being a blessing in our lives today! If they can treat a complete Stranger with such amazing kindness and service I can only imagine if you was to stop by and look to purchase one of the fine pieces of automobiles they have on the lot💜 I am smiling because I am happy to see God’s love still shining through a time in the world that creates so much darkness and despair! Here is to these guys for making a complete joy out of our day
