Timbrook Ford

Everyone (especially Brian, Courtney, and Ben) was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in my experience purchasing my (new to me) Jeep Grand Cherokee. I know it's only been a couple of days, but so far I love it. Thank you for all your help and knowledge.

Had a great experience with the recent purchase on a new vehicle for my wife. The staff and management were very professional and helpful. We was treated very well on negations of trade and price of vehicle. I had previously visited this store in the past and would not purchase from them, was there for maintenance on another vehicle and the current management talk to me about a new purchase and followed through with every detail he promised.

This week I visited Timbrook Ford, and I had a fabulous experience! My sales person, Jacob was an absolute delight. He was not only kind, but he was incredibly helpful. He was more than willing to answer any and all of my questions. The entire sales department were a pleasure to work with throughout buying my new car. When the time comes to purchase my next vehicle, Timbrook Ford will be at the top of my list, and it should definitely beat the top of yours!

While passing through my son’s car broke down with transmission issues. We took it to Timbrook Ford in Keyser and was amazed at how we were treated. The car wasn’t purchased there but that didn’t matter. The service department took care of everything. They went above and beyond with my third party warranty company to make sure it was covered. I would recommend visiting them if you ever need a vehicle or service.

They were incredibly helpful in getting me something that was really nice. And when I had an issue after only two days of owning they made sure to get me right in to get it handled!
