I want to sincerely thank the sales team at Time CDJR of Portland for such an outstanding experience. They truly went above and beyond to help us find our perfect vehicle. Our sales agent, Roxanne Parisien, was exceptional. Her customer service, professionalism, and expertise were unmatched. She was incredibly knowledgeable and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Roxanne genuinely took the time to show me every single vehicle on the lot—and there were far more options than expected. At first glance, you wouldn’t realize how extensive their inventory is, but with three different lots full of vehicles, I was pleasantly surprised by how many great choices we had. Hey guys. If you are reading this review you’ve obviously found a vehicle you are interested in and now you are looking into the dealership (at least that’s what I did) wondering if they are good. Let me tell you my story a bit. I have a credit score over 800 and I went to look at a truck from Wilsonville Toyota. They tried hitting me with a 13% interest on a truck when I was putting 10k down and have been in the same job for 14 years. I laughed a bit at them and needless to say I won’t go back. Now to get to TimeCDJR. I found a truck I liked and went in for a test drive. My salesman was Ethan and I worked with a man named Michael as well these 2 are top notch guys. The communication was ABOVE AND BEYOND! They are down to earth guys and aren’t the scummy “car salesman” types. Ethan and I clicked and shared very similiar stories. They worked with me while waiting for an insurance check and made the car purchasing easy. I did have a problem with the truck (not their fault at all) and within 1minute of putting in a service request I received a text from Ethan making sure everything was ok. Told him what was up and they are getting it checked out. I will be buying my cars from here moving forward and Time CDJR… Ethan is a great guy and I will purchase my cars from him exclusively at this dealership.
