We had our 2023 truck let us down one day with mechanical issues which were warranty in the end and with one phone call to them the service team jumped into action, not only following up with us right after that call to CAA but they wanted to ensure we were being looked after and if we needed a ride or anything they could do for us at that time and to confirm and let us know that the tow truck was dispatched and enroute. Before our truck even arrived to the garage they offered a loaner truck for us which put us at ease as we live on the outskirts and were wondering how we would get home that evening. With the uncertainty of our truck in the garage and if the issue they found might repeat itself,,,we had decided to speak with Corey on the sales side. He ultimately got us a good trade in $ on our used truck and into our new 2026 trail boss blacked out edition powered with a diesel. Best service we could ever ask for from both Corey and the service team! Top notch service and that is coming from these repeat customers to Timmins Garage!

Best service I ever had! While shopping for a new vehicle we had a hard time finding the one that would suite our family but Corey did everything he could to make it happen, not only did he make it just happen but he made it happen extremely fast, stress free and with a smile every time we walked through that door!! Service department is awful. Went for a recall and asked them to inspect my vehicle. I knew I had a bad wheel bearing and the found 7500 worth of damage. I asked them to just change the wheel bearing and they told me they would have the parts in two days. I called them 4 days later and no one called back. I had to call 5 times to finally get an answer that my parts were delayed for another week. No apology, poor communication and significantly over priced. I got a second opinion on the 7500 in damage and they blatantly lied about some of the parts that needed to be changed. There is a special place in hell for a company like this

Mitch was knowledgeable and very friendly. All of our questions were answered and we felt truly heard and seen. He helped us fine the perfect truck and have been proudly driving our new Sierra for a few weeks now and are so happy with our purchase.
