More than disappointed! I went to Tim’s Motors in McMinnville, Tn. On September 13, 2023 to have 2 new headlights installed on my Toyota Rav 4. When my vehicle was returned, I saw a noticeable gap between my headlights and the bumper, which I immediately brought to the mechanic’s attention. He made an appointment for me to come back the next day to check it out the next day. When it was returned to me, the same gap was still there. Jessie said he couldn’t do anything else with it. Because I was about to move across country, I knew my bumper needed to be fixed. I went back to business three different times and made as many phone calls in an attempt to speak with the owners, each time leaving my name and phone number. Before I left town I went to a Toyota dealership in Knoxville to see if they could fix the problem. I was told that the clip that held the bumper on was broken and that my bumper was being held on by zip ties and that someone tried to fill the gap between the headlight and the bumper with glue!! I tried to call the owners to let them know what I had found out. I was told each time that they were not there but was told by two different employees that “Jessie said I brought it in that way”! Besides not being true, it made no sense. He would have had to remove zip ties and the glue to install my headlights. I am sure he would not have done that and then replace it all again without even a notation on my service receipt or saying something directly to me. It’s been over a year now, and I have continued to try to speak with the owners via phone, text, email, including three sets of certified mail that each included three repair estimates and associated pictures. I am baffled why this establishment has continued to completely ignore me, when they supposedly have a good reputation and Guaranteed Integrity Warranty. I have tried to let them know that I am 67 years old and living on a fixed income. I simply cannot afford to pay for their mistakes and I am only seeking compensation/reimbursement for the needed repairs.

I absolutely love working with these guys. They'll make sure you're vehicle is running smoothly, safely, and at a very reasonable price. You can also rent a loaner from them if you need as long as you have comprehensive insurance coverage of your own. After years of dealing with big- business and feeling like just another hundred bucks in their till, I'm so thankful I was directed to Tim's when we moved to town. They're my first call for all things automotive now, and I trust them with my old truck that I love dearly.
