Great customer service. Pulled up had appt at 9am. Mr. Victor Alaniz was very courteous, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Recommended the 30k mile service On my 2018 f150. Also mentioned a credit they offer for car service, applied and qualified process was quick and easy. After given amount I qualified for decided to go ahead with maintenance needed. Mr. Alaniz offered a shuttle if I needed to go anywhere. I decided stay. He kept me updated on things being done on my truck. Ms. Kendra also stopped by waiting area to ask how I was doing. Nice and friendly. Overall great service and friendly and professional will definitely continue to bring my truck when needed.

I just purchased a 2026 F-250 and let me say it was the easiest experience I’ve ever had buying a vehicle. No pushy salesman he worked with me the sales manager worked with me with no hassle we agreed on a price shook hands and signed paperwork. I drove off feeling like I was leaving family behind. I 100% would urge anyone who is interested in a vehicle to stop by and ask questions. Thanks Jim for having great knowledgeable staff on hand. My salesman Steven Borjas was excellent.

Took my truck in today to be diagnose, after a week with my truck in the shop came back with nothing was found. But still charged. I’m from SATX and when driving back, the truck breaks down in Raymondville. Had to pay for towing it back to Brownsville. Now I’m stuck with a bigger problem. I don’t think I could ever trust this dealership to look at any of my vehicles and wouldn’t recommend anybody here. Maybe only an oil change. 4/18/26 Today stopped at Ford Tipton after a few hours of sleep for driving from SA and arriving at 2am. I’m exhausted and I’ve been dealing with an unresolved issue on my truck that started with what should have been a simple inspection. After calls and attempts to get help, I’ve had little to no follow-up from the service team Kendra. Calls have gone unanswered, and when I went in person, Tomas was not able to provide any solution. What’s most concerning is that the issue involves a rear tire that was not properly checked, which could have come off while I was driving on the highway. That’s a serious safety risk. Not just for me, but for my family and others on the road. I’ve now had to make repeated trips back and forth from San Antonio, losing time, money, and weekends, all because this wasn’t handled correctly the first time. What should have been a minor fix has now turned into a much bigger and more expensive problem. At this point, I’m simply asking the dealership to take responsibility and fix the issue properly. If you’re considering bringing your vehicle here, I strongly recommend making sure everything is thoroughly inspected before leaving. Even after a whole week been in the shop. I hope they step up and resolve this the right way.
