Today I visited titan auto group dealership off of Indian school! I had the best service and experience with Emma. I had an inconvenient time of having to come back many times, due to financial issues; but Emma made my experience excellent! And I appreciate her patience with me. I recently visited the Phoenix location on Indian School, and Maria was an absolute rockstar from beginning to end! We were shopping for my stepdaughter’s first car (she just turned 17), and I was specifically looking for reliability, quality, and a no-pressure atmosphere. Titan Auto Group delivered on all of it. From scrolling through their inventory on Facebook to browsing their website, the entire process was seamless, smooth, and honestly — fun. We selected four vehicles she was interested in, scheduled an appointment, completed the application online, and received a response within about 10 minutes. When we arrived, Maria checked us in and told us to walk the lot and see what caught her eye. She even unlocked the vehicles so we didn’t have to keep coming back inside to ask — such a thoughtful and efficient touch. After narrowing it down to four choices, she handed us the keys to our first test drive. Before we even returned, she had already prepared pricing breakdowns for all four vehicles — including sticker price, taxes, dealer fees, and down payment options. Completely prepared and organized. Ironically, my stepdaughter fell in love with the very first car we drove. Once we made the decision, the entire closing process took less than 20 minutes. Contracts were signed, temporary plate printed and laminated (very nice touch), and everything was secured to the vehicle. You truly put my stepdaughter on cloud nine. She hasn’t stopped talking about how exciting and special the experience was. Thank you, Maria, for making her first car purchase such an amazing memory. First off, I came in to the office a little scared and Emma and Mari were so helpful. They reassured me that things happen and life happens and they were able to get me up and going again. My credit messed up by a relationship and my life was not going well. With their help I am able to get my life back on track. I am greatly grateful for their support and loving kindness and they are able to relate to everyone who has ever had a problem and to be in a position where they understand. When you think there is no end in site and your at your wits end. You finally see a ray of sunshine 🌞. I went to titan and found this smiling and prequel lady. Her name is Maria. She greeted with professional support. She know how to make you feel when you are already depressed and frustrated. By the time we where all done. That depression and anxiety is turned around with a smile 😃 on your face. The amazing part that I like about Maria ability is how she can take care of multiple people at one time and stays focused on each and every one us. Thank you Maria and continue to be who you are.
