Thank you TJ Toyota for my Lexus! Most thanks to Tom in sales for working with me and getting me into the Lexus IS 300!

I've only had good experiences here but I've personally heard from people who have terrible experiences here. There is one man who works here who sells cars who is terrible. Also, a friend of mine brought his truck here to ask for some advice and diagnosis and the employees treated him like an idiot. All this to say I personally have not had a bad experience here, it's just everyone else I know who's been here, has. I've called to order parts to pick up and it was fine. I've gotten some work done here and it was fine, overpriced, but fine. I usually call to get a quote on having them fix my vehicle and then decide to just order the part through them instead and fix it myself.

Still have not Been refunded the $200 taken from an employee. I would really like my money back for the services I paid for but never got. I have emails of him agreeing to refund my money but he disappeared again.

You have an employee who scammed me out of $200. I will not be doing business here while he is employed. Edit: Employee did contact me about returning my money, but then disappeared again. Would really like my $200 back from him.

Jesse at TJ Toyota has helped me purchase 4 vehicles over the past 13 years. Each time his customer service has always been top notch to find what worked best for my budget and needs at the time.
