Overall, the dealership experience was good; however, I was disappointed by the lack of transparency and honesty from the service department. I brought my truck in due to a noticeable rattling sensation when approaching a stop. The vehicle was kept for approximately one week, yet the issue was not diagnosed. I then took time off work on a Saturday to personally demonstrate the concern. During a test drive, the service technician clearly acknowledged the issue and stated it would be escalated to Chevrolet for further review. By the middle of the following week, that escalation had not occurred as promised. When I later requested a detailed and transparent service report documenting what was discussed and observed during the test drive, I was informed that the service technician did not acknowledge the issue when speaking with Harvey, the service department manager. During my conversation with Harvey, his approach felt unprofessional, and I was told that the dealership had already spent a significant amount of time on the vehicle, that continuing to pursue the issue was not a good deal for them, and that I would need to pay and move on. I also asked if I could speak directly with the technician to clarify the matter, but that request was denied and I was told once again that I needed to “pay up and leave”. All I was seeking was an honest and transparent service report. I was more than willing to take my vehicle back with a truthful and complete explanation, but unfortunately, I was unable to obtain one. If you value transparency and honesty, I would not come to this dealership. Very disappointed.

I truly appreciate the convenience of having my vehicle serviced nearby. My Air conditioner was only working in the back of my car, Harvey had it diagnosed and made an appointment to repair it as soon as he could get it in. A few days later, they have my Yukon nice and cold again. The entire process, from arrival to departure, is always remarkably smooth with every visit. Furthermore, the team consistently demonstrates a warm and welcoming demeanor. Their cheerful attitude genuinely enhances the overall experience. It is a pleasure to entrust my car to such capable and pleasant individuals.

Had an absolutely outstanding experience getting our car serviced here. Clifford was phenomenal—super friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. He got us in incredibly fast when every other dealership say they’re booked out for months. From start to finish, the whole process was smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommend this dealership and especially Clifford for anyone needing fast, reliable, top-notch service.

Quite impressive how this service department/dealership took care of me while getting my vehicle serviced there. They made sure I had something to get me around while my car was being worked on plus oil change. They were quick and made sure I got the coupon price for the oil change. Super nice people. I didn’t purchase my vehicle there, but they still went above and beyond. Couldn’t recommend them more.

Always friendly and courteous and always right to business getting us fixed up. Harvey and Cliff always check it out and give us a call with estimate before proceeding. Have used them for years. Great folks there!
