We went to this dealership to purchase a 2018 Ford Taurus. The car was very well detailed and the test drive went smooth. Bought the car. A few days later I noticed it was blowing cold air when we should have heat. Also the wiper fluid wasn't working. Called and got my appointment to have it looked at. Turns out it was a leaking waterpump which is internal and means 10-12 hrs labor. They gave me a loner and fixed it and the washer motor. $2300 repair and not a dime out of our pockets. Absolutely will go back in the future and would strongly recommend them for a used or new vehicle and for any repair service needed.

It was one of the best I've had so far. Issue this time was resolved quickly and the supervisor was indeed great got service to pick up family but could have sent tow truck but I got them very fast. I've had issues getting my truck fixed in the past but this time all went very well. Service is the most important aspect of any business. Can't remember the supervisor lady's name but Tyler did a stand up job. I like good service.
