The service team at Tom Bush BMW in Orange Park really is top notch! My wife and I own four BMW's (X7, X5, 328, and 530) and this is the ONLY place we'll bring them for service. Michael Salazar is our service manager, and he is ALWAYS honest, and thorough. We can't say enough good things about him! Don't be afraid to bring your car here! They don't play any games, and they have NEVER tried to sell us anything our cars didn't need. The mechanics on Michael's team are some of the best I've ever encountered, and they do a wonderful job of making good quality, THOROUGH videos during their inspection process - to physically show the customer the proof of the current problems found with the vehicle during the inspection. This really helped us make informed decisions about what issues needed to be addressed immediately, vs. which problems could wait until later. I should also mention, that the customer lounge is first class. The selection of beverages and snacks greatly exceeded my expectations and was very convenient when my children were with us. The parts department is very knowledgeable, and patient with me, and even took the time to ask a technician a question for me when we didn't have the answer. We love this place and look forward to our next visit!

I had a terrific experience at Tom Bush BMW Orange Park. This is not my regular dealership although I wish it was! I was driving South to my home in Boca Raton when my BMW alerted me to "check engine and modify driving!" Knowing I could not drive another 300 miles, I stopped at the dealership incorrectly thinking I simply needed oil or coolant! Was informed I needed an entire new oil housing unit which would take at least 2 days to repair. They provided me with a rental to get back home that evening. I told them I would be out of town for a week and would fly back into Jacksonville to pick my car up and to please have it ready upon my return as I wanted to get on the road for my 320 mile drive home. They assured me my vehicle would be waiting "against the wall" ready to go. Not only was it waiting, but they topped my gas tank off (probably $45.00 or so) and washed/vacuumed my car to showroom condition! A special shoutout to Mike and James (Service Managers) who kept me informed every step of the way. Also to the mechanics who did a great job fixing a serious problem and checking and double checking that the repair was done to perfection! Finally, Kayla was a delight in processing my payment and the young man (I didn't get his name) was also so polite and helpful in taking my luggage and placing in the trunk for me! Total White Glove treatment rarely seen to this degree! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to receive excellent service!

The service department is great! Tommy Durham is my service advisor and addressed everything during my oil change visit. Michael Quinones conducted my service and sent a video of his work. What a great benefit from this dealership! It’s always great to visit with Moe Etemad, who was our salesman. The people that work here are experts at their craft. They are not pressing. In fact, we were shopping for the perfect car for over 6 months and kept returning to Moe at this dealership. Essentially, he was the reason we made the purchase. Without asking, and during every visit, he jumped right in to the features of the vehicle. He enjoys showing off the cars, and knows everything about every model on the lot!! You will likely not get this anywhere else in this area.

I had a great experience with Tom Bush BMW Services, the people were very sweet and got everything i needed done on my car in a reasonable time. Shout out to Clem my Advisor and especially the parts services man (forgot his name) to really help me get everything i needed on my car. Also the dent guy gave me the best advice i could’ve gotten to get my little dent fixed in the back huge shoutout to him . All in all, great experience definitely give them a visit. I recently just moved my BMW from Honolulu, HI, so it was refreshing to see that this dealership had the same or even better hospitality. And this review is coming from non-old head btw so trust.
