Tom Bush Mini Service

Alison was very helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant. She arranged for a loaner, answered all my questions and contacted me when my car was ready to be picked up. This was the best experience I had bringing my car in for a service. I called the next day with a question about the no passenger air bag sign and she explained that only happens when there wasn’t a passenger and she put my worries at rest. She was wonderful! Kudos to Alison!

The team at Tom Bush were amazing! Prompt and communicative service and very responsive to my request for service on my Mini Clubman. My service advisor was very knowledgeable and helpful; sharing status of service as I waited. He advised me of an issue that I wasn’t aware of and communicated best options for handling the issue. The Parts Dept. team was also very helpful and knowledgeable when I decided to purchase new interior mats and was very nice in offering to place the mats in the car for me. All around a super team at Tom Bush Mini. When I lived in Jacksonville previously and used Tom Bush for my BMW needs they were great and they still are today with the great team at Tom Bush Mini! Although I live in New England now, I will definitely be back to Tom Bush when I am in the southern US for my Mini and BMW needs. Thank you Forrest and everyone at Tom Bush Mini!

Tom Bush Mini has the best service people. They are knowledgeable and friendly. I love how they send you a video of the inspection and show you what needs to be done. Then you have the option to do or not do the services recommended. Did I mention the great people. 😁

The staff at Tom Bush MINI were incredibly helpful when the display screen on my 2025 Countryman suddenly went blank. I called late in the afternoon and was given a service appointment the very next day along with a loaner. Fortunately, it turned out to be a simple program update and I was back in my car within a few hours. It was reassuring to experience such great service, especially while being from out of state.
