Absolutely blessed to receive a $100 discount to use toward my air conditioner repair and on top of that while checking out I also received a bonus of a free windshield replacement. Incredible Team - Ask for Katie I had a great experience buying my truck at Tom Clark Auto Park, and Katie was a huge part of that. She was upfront, responsive, and made everything simple from start to finish. No pressure, no games — just honest communication and follow‑through. Don in Finance was also fantastic. He’s been in the business for 50+ years, and you can tell. He explained everything clearly and made the paperwork side feel easy. And Joey, the GSM, even took a few minutes to talk with my son and make him feel included. That meant a lot. If you’re shopping for a vehicle, run — don’t walk — to see Katie. I got a C7 Corvette there last week. They are good people and worth talking to before you buy anything. The salesmen were easy to work with and easy to find but won't drive you crazy. Edit: I mixed the dealers up with the previous review, some were hard to work with, these guys were the easiest I encountered out of nearly every Chevy dealer in DFW (I am probably not easy to work with either LOL)

There was an issue during the repair, which required more time than they estimated. Things happen, parts ordered, that took some time to get, not the fault of anyone at the service department. I was kept updated on progress throughout by Edwin Chan, my advisor, who is awesome. I am happy they found the issue while doing the checkup provided with my routine oil change. I just wanted to brag about Gavin, my service advisor. He is always very professional, well mannered, respectful of my time and he always keeps me informed through the service process. My vehicle was ready earlier than I expected. And Brandon Stolp, the service manager is also super awesome! Both Gavin and Brandon are world class leaders that represent you very well.
