Awesome experience buying here. Tyler Cashill and the management went above and beyond to ensure my concerns were addressed. I had bought a used truck and even though they weren’t obligated to anything after the sale, they made several major repairs to the truck after the sale. It had developed several problems after driving off the lot and they very quickly asked for the chance to fix it. I would buy from them again. They are the type of business that stands behind every purchase and wants to make everyone happy within reasonable limits.

This place as been nothing but a nightmare! I bought a 1 year leased vehicle from this dealership, nothing wrong with the vehicle presented to me. My coolant hose needed to be replaced within a year. I brought it back to this dealership as they could get me in the soonest. Took them over two weeks with little to no communication. Fast forward to getting my car back, it was damaged on the hood, a dent and chipped paint. As I called them to let them know about the damage the manager Halaina told me to bring in the vehicle and they would take care of it. Get a call the next day saying it should be done within a couple days.(They damaged it they SHOULD fix it) the following day I get an email, not even a phone call saying they received the quote back from the bodyshop and they would not cover the cost THEIR staff caused. I personally know staff that have left because of this manager, I would never ever bring my car back here!

Purchasing the vehicle went smoothly, but once the vehicle arrived the trouble started. Undisclosed modifications to the engine and it's wiring harness (I specifically asked if there are any modifications and they said LED's on the inside and a mount for the snow plow). The car came with a light on the dash. Documentation to register the car was missing and wasn't filled out properly. Keep in mind this is a 2025 Jeep with 13k miles. Manager and salesperson stopped responding to my calls.

I had such a wonderful experience. Hunter was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicles I was looking at and not pushy like I've experienced in the past. I love my new vehicle and happy he helped me choose the best option for me!
