Recently traded my Mini Cooper for a new Grand Cherokee at Tom Kelley Chrysler Dodge Ram. Luke Gerber was the sales guy who took care of me. I gave him all the details of what I was looking for, including $$. Within 15 minutes he found my Grand Cherokee. Great guy to work with, very pleasant and helpful. There were a few minor issues that needed to be taken care of, and this dealership stood by there promises of making sure my new Jeep was as perfect as a new vehicle should be. Shout out to Randy in the body shop and Jeremy Daugherty (Sales Mgr) for their continued help with getting things fixed. All three of these gentlemen were personable, professional and great to work. Five stars Tom Kelley Chrysler Dodge Ram!
Highly don’t recommend, got pre approved with my local credit union for a BMW they had listed, spoke to multiple people, got to the end of the deal just for them to say the car has been sent to auction yesterday. Not to mention the predatory $399 “paint coating” that they force on you. Place is a joke do not waste your time.
Everyone that I worked with was very nice during the entire experience. They made purchasing a vehicle enjoyable and I would definitely return in the future.
Update on the Dodge ram they fixed it at no cost to me and picked it up and are bringing it back , thank you very much for making this right by fixing the issue, I would recommend this place they stand behind there work, that is honest and great leadership right there. God is good.
