Well, after 49 years of car ownership I finally bought a Mercedes. On a COLD and RAINY Saturday, the family and I went to look at a new Mercedes CLE 450 Cabriolet and four hours later drove it home. It was pouring rain the whole time! Joe Cacchione was our Sales Representative, with critical support from Curtis (trade-in) and Bryan (Finance). But the experience was amazing. Joe had “the” car in the glass atrium garage area waiting for us, pristine and ”dry”.🫩. So, at least I got to put the top down before the test drive.😃. But, I digress. Joe put forth a very sincere offer (price of “the” car and our trade) and we very quickly came to a mutual agreement…and the rest,as they say is history. And, to put the cherry on top🍒John Masano came by to thank us for our business. I will get a picture with Joe and the car when I go in for my tutorial on our FIRST Mercedes! I purchased a 2024 Lexus TX 350 Premium from the Tom Masano dealership. The experience was FANTASTIC!!! From the time I walked in I was greeted, and asked to wait in the waiting area for my representative Nate. Just as walked over to have a seat Nate was there politely greeting me. He introduced himself as did I, and I told him what vehicle I was interested in. We then took the vehicle out for a test drive. After which time I let him know this is the one I wanted and he immediately went to work on my approval!! Every step of the process Nate explained throughly and patiently!! Needless to say he got me in the vehicle I wanted at the rate I wanted and that was that!!! Outstanding service! I called about an EQS they had for sale and Joe Cacchione was the salesperson who helped me. He was great super attentive, paid attention to every detail, and was very informative throughout the process. Their finance department was also excellent. From the moment I stepped in until the moment I left, I felt like I was treated extremely well. Joe even threw in a hat that matched the interior of the car for my wife, which was a really nice touch.
