Had a great experience at Tom Roush and was able to speedily purchase my new vehicle at a great price. Shout out to Freddie for his honesty and knowledge throughout this process. He never once pressured me into my purchase and supported every decision I made. Highly recommend going to this dealership to purchase your next vehicle!

I had a fantastic experience with the team at Tom Roush in Westfield. My work truck started leaking fluid and they were able to get me in right away to diagnose the problem and put together a quote for the repair. Since my truck is essential for my sales job, they also set me up with a loaner so I didn’t miss a beat while the repairs were being done. The communication from their team was excellent throughout the process and everyone I worked with was professional and easy to deal with. I also really appreciated that they went the extra step and fixed the spray nozzle on my windshield wipers and didn’t charge me for it. That kind of attention to detail and customer care really stands out. Even though my truck is a Chevy 1500, they had no problem taking care of the repair. Great service, great people, and a great experience overall. I would absolutely recommend Tom Roush in Westfield.

I have been purchasing cars for over 25 years, and I’ve never had an experience as positive as this one. Typically, dealerships will employ pressure tactics and try and trick you into dealer add-ons, Or push you to finance through them. This was not the case at Tom Roush. Their sales professionals were pleasant, friendly and informative. They actually advised me against a newer Mazda platform as it has been experiencing some “growing pains” since it was just released last year. They suggested a lightly used CX-9, which I had been considering but wasn’t my first choice. The fact that they were honest about the newer model having some issues, and knowing that I would be driving this car a lot for my job… That was very professional of them. They could have easily tried to explain away the problems the CX 90 is having, or downplay them. But they did not. Perhaps this is because we have more information than ever when going into purchase a car, and the Internet is full of information on these vehicles. However, I felt it spoke to their integrity, to forgo making a bigger sale to ensure I had a vehicle that would not be back at the dealership frequently. The finance/business manager, Chris, was friendly and did not try to employ the typical tactics that often happen when you get back into the financing office. He did not pressure me into gap financing, extended warranties, etc. He was able to match my local credit union’s loan APR but did not push it. Interestingly I actually had to ask him about an extended warranty! He explained what they offered and left the choice to me. Other dealerships might have tried scare tactics, or pressured me into it. But not Chris. The entire process was painless and very positive. Having purchased mostly GM vehicles for My adult life, I can definitely share some horror stories about buying a car. But not this time around. Also, their sales reps were great as well. Mike S. went above and beyond and actually came to my house to pick up a check, since we had conducted our transaction late the prior evening and I had forgotten my checkbook. Instead of making me drive all the way to the dealership, he made my busy life easier by doing that. I highly recommend Tom Roush to anyone looking to purchase a new or used Mazda or Mitsubishi!

Hey friends, I have done something that I never thought I would ever do and that is buy a brand new car. Well everything lined up so it made sense. I had a cheap rental car months back ( Mitsubishi Mirage 2024) and I was impressed with it for what it was; VERY GOOD ON GAS (43mpg highway), GREAT WARRANTIES and my service dog SADIE had to like it 🐾 The most basic model had a MSRP of just over $17K so I didn't need to worry so much about the new car depreciation. If you're a guy with a fragile ego this model may not be for you because it is comically small. It also has more wheels under it than cylinders in it 😆. I have been impressed with its weed eater motor power, seems to have more than I usually need. I must look out for potholes because my LEGO (yes I named it) is a favorite food source. I had ZieBart install a push button start and a buddy professionally tint the windows. It took some time to find a dealership with competent sales staff and the other two dealers within an hours drive couldn't answer any of my questions. Seemed they hired really young people that didn't take the time to know what they were actually selling. One kid offered to sell me the '25 model of a car they quit making in 2024. Lee W. & Chris Elder were a great help working out the details and answering questions after the sale. I will attach pictures of my Mitsubishi LEGO (mirage BE).

My recent scheduled service visit to Tom Roush Mitsubishi was a pleasant experience as always. My service advisor, Nathan, was quite helpful when explaining the upcoming service I will need in about 6 months from now. Tom Roush Mitsubishi has been the dealer of my choice now for over 12 years. Purchasing my Outlander was the best choice I have made for my automotive needs in my entire life.
