Tom Wood Lexus

Visited Tom Wood Lexus a week ago and left with a new Lexus RX...what a great experience start to finish. The sales' approach was very low pressure and you normally work with one person until they hand you the keys. They seemed to have a good selection of inventory on the lot, with new vehicles arriving regularly. Given the quality of the vehicles and their reputation, there's no haggling, but the prices are pretty transparent. I also got a great trade-in value for my former car. Above everything, their sales' staff was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I'm very much looking forward to use their pick-up service when its time for maintenance–they'll come to your house and take you car in for service...leave you with a loaner, if necessary. Then when maintenance is complete, they deliver your vehicle back to you. So worth it! More than anything, I'm very happy with my new Lexus and recommend Tom Wood Lexus for anyone's next car or SUV.

Would like to let everyone know that my car was returned to me today. Was there at their dealership around a month to correct dirty headliner and replace panoramic sun roof cover. It took longer than expected due to defective parts. I would like to say I’m so very happy to have my baby back. The car was detailed and gas tank filled prior to driver dropping it off. I also want to mention that they made sure I had a pretty loaner during this whole time. Thank you Tom Wood. You renewed my faith in humanity today. My car is beautiful!!!
