Tom Wood Subaru

Second time I've purchased a Subaru at Tom Wood and this one was even better than the first. Big thanks to Peyton Dorsey for making it a painless process and providing excellent service. I couldn't have been happier with my vehicle, speed of responsiveness from the whole team, and options they presented. They also went the extra mile with customer service. Very glad I decided to make the change to my new Forester!

It helps knowing what you're looking for, but having a dealership provide the exact support to justify and secure that purchase is another story. I went into Tom Wood Subaru in Carmel knowing that I wanted a 2025 model Outback Wilderness; however, I was prepared to visit multiple Subaru locations in the area to get the deal I was ultimately looking for. That ended up being a silly thought as I never needed to leave Tom Wood. Curtis Wade and the team ensured that I received the exact answers and support needed to make my purchase. From the test drive to signing over my trade-in, this couldn't have been a more stress-free and smooth experience. Curtis ensured I received what I was looking for on my trade-in, on top of making sure I got the exact car I was looking for without pressure at any point. By that I mean where salespeople are waiting to pounce on you, rush you to start negotiating, make frequent trips to the “sales manager” and ask the proverbial high pressure question: “ What’s it going to take to get you into that car today.” Instead we were directed to Peyton, greeted, offered beverages and shared a conversation on our needs and desires. We were offered a test drive without pressure. Instead as we drove the discussion was about Subaru’s features and safety equipment. We left that day to continue our car search. Peyton did not press guilt rather promised to follow up on our search. We narrowed our search, negotiated a deal with Peyton and chose to purchase from Tom Wood Subaru. The car delivery included a thorough orientation by Peyton and an invitation to return later to meet with Hunter ( a Tech expert). Those helpful hints and “how to’s” made the transition to this vehicle comfortable and smooth. I have many decades of experience purchasing vehicles and can say that this was the most pleasurable vehicle buying time I have ever had. Thank Peyton Dorsey and Tom Wood Subaru!

I had a really great experience buying my used car here, easy to work with-no pressure, which I really appreciated.
