I cannot express how great Markiss, Daley and the whole staff at Tom Wood Volkswagen Noblesville are! I had been looking for a vehicle for a couple months but never giving it a consistent effort. I found what I wanted, I called on a Saturday 40 mins before close.... Daley took the call and said that she would wait. She did and I got there about 15 mins before they closed for the day. I asked if that was alright and she said it was fine. I took the vehicle for a test drive and it was exactly what I was looking for so I asked if we could get the paperwork done and she said absolutely. Markiss confirmed and within the hour of me getting there and doing my drive I left with the vehicle I wanted. I cannot express how much this meant and how great the process was. No one likes buying a vehicle and the concern of the haggling back and forth. I knew what my trade in was worth and knew what I wanted to spend for what I was buying... I left with everything that I was hoping for. Markiss was upfront about the price of my trade in, Daley was honest about what I was looking at, even Chad, the financial guy guided me to what may be needed in the future. Everyone loves getting a new vehicle but hates the conversations and the back and forth...Tom Wood Volkswagen is changing the game and they're doing it the right way by putting the customer first.
