I'm not sure this company is even in business anymore. I've been trying to contact them for over two months to order a drive belt. I have left voicemails and sent text messages and emails. I have never gotten a response of any kind. Hopefully i have found the drive belt from a third party vendor on ebay. I love my TomCar, but beware of these people if you ever need a part for it.

Only gave one star because there's not an option for zero.... Zero stars is for zero returned calls, zero returned emails, zero communication and ZERO customer service...We will be reporting this joke of a company to the Better Business Bureau. Can't ask questions, can't order parts.....absolutely ZERO help ...........a joke of a company.

Knowledgable sales staff, great support team willing to go the extra mile. Gives you all the information you require to order parts, maintain your machine and keep your Tomcar performing well. Truly a great customer service experience.

Great people ,great service ,great machines.I have been doing business with them since 2016. They are truly a great company. And I haven’t found a person from the owner to the service crew to the secretary that doesn’t want you to be happy. Keep up the good work BRAVO
