Tony Domiano Chrysler Jeep Dodge

On March 23, 2026 I saw a car on the website that caught my interest. I subsequently called the dealership and asked to speak to someone in sales. The man who answered the phone said he worked in sales but did not introduce himself. The car I inquired about was a 2023 with only 24 miles on the odometor. I asked if he could simply text me a picture of the manufacture date (located on the door jam) and the MSRP sheet - since the internet listing depicted a "market price" not the MSRP. He immediately became hostile and barked that he wasn't a "woman" and knew what an MSRP sheet was. He then proceeded to sarcastically pelt me with the same question; where do you want to be on price? I live hours away in New York and was merely making an initial inquiry about the car. To that end, I wanted a few preliminary data points to take under advisment. Suffice to say I will NEVER buy from this dealership, regardless of price. Any Dodge store that allows such an insolent employee to be part of its workforce cannot be trusted. Accountabilty starts at the top. You have to wonder why management would allow this person to work for their organization. Frankly speaking, my interaction was shocking. What a massive stain on my beloved Dodge brand.

Tony Domiano Chrysler Jeep Dodge was terrible! I put money down on a hard-to-find brand new Jeep Wrangler. I spent over a week talking to JJ trying to get the car delivered to me from PA to MD. After inquiring about some of the ridiculous fees ($350 for a $20 temp tag!), the dealership called and said they sold the jeep I had reserved. I did get my money back, but they were very disrespectful to me. They promised me the jeep and the ducks. I got nothing!

Other dealerships I’ve looked around at left me wishing I was getting a root canal - legit that horrendous of an experience! Being a woman in a typically male led place can be super intimidating. Within 5 minutes of talking with Tom, I knew this time would be different. There was 0 pressure to hurry up & make a deal, no information overload. It was clear from the jump that we weren’t just a commission. Each question was answered honestly whether it favored a deal or not. Once we decided on a vehicle, all of the paperwork & signing was about as seamless as it gets. Before leaving the lot, Tom took almost an hour going over each & every new feature making sure we understood all of these new bells & whistles. (My 20 y/o Jeep had none of this stuff so I was a little overwhelmed but Tom was so patient about everything) To say I’m happy with the overall experience would be an understatement! They have now set the standard for me when purchasing a vehicle from now on. I can’t thank Tom, Jimmy & the rest of the team enough for making this experience as great as it was!

(I also posted this on the dealership review page.) Every interaction I've ever had with Tony's dealership has been exceptional! I've purchased all of my vehicles from them over the years, including my last 2 Jeeps. They've worked with me on finding the best vehicle for me based on what I could afford, but more importantly, I got exactly what I was looking for. They got me a great loan servicer, and even went out of their way to make sure I got the most back on my last trade-in. Way more than I expected! The salesperson I worked with went above and beyond my expectations through the whole process back in September. Wayne is always great in the service department! Whenever I call for routine service or to check up on a problem, he always goes out of his way to accommodate my late work schedule, and the turnaround time is always fast & as promised! I usually can get in the same day or next. He has even stayed a bit late to make sure everything was taken care of. Also, my car is always cleaner when I get it back! I've never even considered going anywhere else to purchase or service my vehicle. Truly top of the line. Here's a picture of the newest addition to my family!

DO NOT CONDUCT ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. I leased a dodge hornet last year from this dealership, and it has been the absolute bane of my existence due to this dealership. Not only did the salesperson later admit to me that he knew the car would be unreliable and still sold it to me (my family bought vehicles from this same dealership multiple times, so we thought we could trust him), but the service department has absolutely no idea what's going on with the car. They have no interest in helping remedy the situation. Not only do they provide absolutely no help, they also DO NOT GIVE SERVICE RECORDS EVEN WHEN REQUESTED. The only thing they provide is part numbers, which are entirely useless. My car has been brought in for the same issue 4 TIMES with absolutely no solution or progress. Every time, they just charge the battery and say the car is good to go. I also requested in my lease that there be no buy-out fees, and I found out when I looked into buying it that there was a 5000$ fee if I wanted to buy the car. The only thing this dealership cares about is your money. Do yourself a favor and PLEASE steer clear of this dealership.
