The truck was ready by the time I arrived, clean, and we were able to work out a deal due to a few minor imperfections with my particular vehicle. They were transparent by offering the out the door price before arriving, and they were even able to beat the interest rate offered by my credit union. They have a unique selection of cars, offering each a carfax, and were able to print a copy of the original window sticker for my records. Overall, everyone was friendly, easy to work with, and to my surprise the financing process was quicker than any other dealership that I have bought from.
