Henri was seriously the best. I was a little stressed about buying a Tesla and figuring out the financing, but I Read a lot if good reviews about this compnay and most customer recommnded to ask for Henri. I called and spoke with him asking so many questions about Tesla. he made the whole thing easy and low stress. He walked me through everything without making it feel complicated, and got me approved in like 5 minutes. You can tell he actually knows his stuff and cares about making sure you get the right deal. If you’re looking to buy a Tesla, or especially if you need help with financing, I’d 100% recommend asking for Henri. Super trustworthy, super helpful, and just an all around good guy to work with. Glad I got to work with him! Ask for Henri.

I bought my 2022 Ford F150 Lightning at Autohaus. It was a great experience. Manny made it easy. I highly recommended Autohaus to anyone looking for a used car, ESPECIALLY if it's an EV. EDIT: Great experienced turned bad. Bought the car in March when it was still cold outside. Less than 2 weeks later, there was a hot day and we realized the AC was broken. We live out of town, so we were a few hundred km over the 1,000km limit for Autohaus' warranty. Since they have such a great reputation, I was expecting them to make it right (because the AC was clearly broken when we bought it, and it was so soon after buying it). But no, they won't cover it. So we're out of pocket to fix the AC. I guess that's the risk of letting the used car dealership do the safety inspection. Lesson learned: ALWAYS get an independent mechanic to check a used car before buying. They offered to refer us to their mechanic to fix the AC. But it'd be at our expense. That's a worse deal than hiring our local mechanic to fix it. So, yes, Autohaus has a great reputation and I appreciate they have the best inventory of EVs in Toronto. In the end, we were very disappointed with our experience and Autohaus' reaction. I expected them to stand behind the quality of their product, and they didn't.

While back we purchased a lexus tx500h from Toronto Autohaus while back. amazing experience, when purchasing a car it should be a non stressful journey and that’s absolutely what they did. Really helpful guys helped us with our credit report we had a problem with, mixed names etc.. next time you go ask for Henri if you need help with anything. very experienced person. also Manny was really helpful. honest people no hidden bs. Thank you guys so much my Father is happy with the car. we’ll definitely hit them up in our next purchase. no wonder why they have so many 5 star reviews.

Toronto Autohaus is amazing! They have a huge selection of pre-owned cars in great condition. The staff are very friendly and helpful. highly recommend checking them out if you’re looking for a pre-owned car, especially EVs. Eliana Inc recommend both Henri and Toronto Autohaus.😉

Salesperson: Daniel Experience with salesperson: Unsatisfactory After-sales service: Subpar We purchased a Tesla Y from this establishment, finalizing the agreement in mid-November with an assurance of December delivery. The professionalism of the sales team was notably absent. Despite a blurred camera, they proceeded with the car's safety clearance and have yet to replace the camera. They are aware that we reside in Hamilton, approximately 100 km away. My husband made a trip to have the issue rectified, only to have his time wasted, being informed that Daniel was unavailable and the necessary part was not in stock. There has been no follow-up since, and the blurred rear camera significantly impairs visibility. We will certainly not be recommending this dealership to our friends or family for any vehicle purchases. Their lack of professionalism and diligence is concerning. Should an accident occur due to the unclear camera, who would bear the responsibility?
