Great experience at this dealership! David, my salesman, was very friendly, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. He made everything easy and stress-free. Mike in finance was also excellent—he explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable with all the details. Overall, a smooth and positive experience. Highly recommend!

My wife and I just recently purchased a new Hyundai Tucson from Torrington Hyundai. I cannot say enough about the personal and professional service we experienced. I would like to give the sales staff including Hunter, Mike and the Sales Manager Mike my 100% recommendation.

I had Mason as my salesperson. He is professional and courteous. He got to know me and my needs in helping me find the right car for me and he did. He does follow up to ensure that I am happy with my choice. The entire staff is pleasant and professional. I had Chris as well to ensure that I understood about my vehicle and he even invited me to me back if I needed more assistance. Who does that? Very impressive. This is my third vehicle from this dealership and I love going there. I am grateful to have Mason and chris to assist me

I brought my car in because the check engine light was on and paid for a diagnostic scan. They scanned the vehicle, did not fix anything, and returned my car with the check engine light still on. What makes this worse is that the issue I originally told them about turned out to be exactly what was wrong, so the scan accomplished nothing. Despite my car being under 40,000 miles and still under warranty, I was charged $207 just for the scan, which should not have happened. I was told I would receive a follow-up call regarding the parts needed for the repair. I never received a call. My messages went unanswered, and my calls were not returned. I was left with no update, no repair, and a charge on my bill. This experience felt extremely unprofessional and disorganized. Garrett, the associate I dealt with, was particularly frustrating to work with. He repeatedly claimed he would call me back and did not. When on the phone with him the one time I did get a hold of him I had questions about the charge because I was confused, he was joking around instead of clearly explaining the situation. He also asked how old I was during the call?? Which was completely inappropriate, in what should have been a professional interaction. Rather then explaining things clearly I was joked with then ignored! I paid for a service that did not resolve the problem, was charged despite my vehicle being under warranty, and then was ignored when trying to follow up. I would not recommend working with this service department based on my experience.
