Just had a great service for my pickup at Torrington Toyota. Even though it was NOT bought there. Also, had a very effective and timely air Conditioning diagnostic and fix on my inherited Scion XB. Mike was clear on what the best outcome could be and clear on any lasting fix. I haven’t been to a dealership service dept in many years. I was pleasantly surprised by the professional service I recently experienced at Torrington Toyota! My first phone call was quickly answered by an employee-no waiting on hold or callbacks required. When I arrived for the apointment for my Corolla, it was brought in quickly and the problem was diagnosed within 20 minutes. Nick also answered questions I had about an additional repair. Everything was fixed in the time frame estimate for the original problem. All of the parts were in-house-no additional waiting. (Waiting room was comfortable & private -by the way!) Also, the Torrington Toyota crew installed the floor mats I had previously ordered over the phone a week earlier. Looking forward to my next visit here!
