Absolutely amazing experience here. I had a bad experience at another store where they tried pushing me into something I did not really like. Then I got to meet Jesse at Tower. What an experience! I need a van for work and these guys had no games. Just straightforward and genuine help. Jesse worked with the manager, Adam, to get me the right deal and right car. Came in for a simple seasonal tire change and left with over $5,000 worth of “urgent” repairs suddenly recommended to me. I was told my car needed “immediate attention,” including: - radiator replacement for over $2,200, - transmission flush for almost $1,400, - spark plugs/tune-up for over $700, plus additional brake services. The most concerning part is that almost no actual explanation or evidence was provided. No detailed diagnostics, no clear proof of failure, no urgency beyond red warning labels and pressure tactics. It honestly felt less like a service appointment and more like an attempt to scare a customer into approving expensive repairs. After speaking with another mechanic, I was told several of these recommendations were heavily overpriced and some did not even make sense without proper diagnostics. What makes this especially disappointing is that I actually trusted this dealership before and used to feel comfortable servicing my vehicle here. After this experience, that trust is completely gone. I will not be returning and honestly can no longer recommend this place to others. I understand dealerships are more expensive, but there is a difference between maintenance recommendations and trying to upsell thousands of dollars of work to someone who came in to swap tires. Very disappointing experience. I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion before approving any major repairs here.

Our experience was very good. From diagnostic appointment to making repairs same day was great. Service writer took the time to explain everything…gave us the time we needed to call back with a decision as the price was going to be significant. All went per plan and price and car is working great.
